i’m not scared…
i realized lately that wall i’m so used to putting up with men is gone. i’m not scared to allow someone to make me happy just because it gives them a chance to make me hurt. mostly because i’ve been hurt the worst i can already. so instead of cowering i’m going to be brave and i’m going to be as happy as i possibly can. hearts heal… what ifs aren’t worth it.
